Anybody here use Neurocore or bullnox androrush as a preworkout?


Im trying to get on a good pre workout routine.

 

They do a lot of the same things...just in different ways.

Gleutes are the main leg extensors for things such a squat.

Hams also extend your legs but they cross the knee as well so they flex the knee. They also are better at extending your trunk if I remember right. And your hams are the main propulsive force generators when you walk.

You have to work them differently. During squat your knees are bent so your hams are not as effective because they are not stretched enough and your gleutes kick in and the opposite is true when you do dead lifts.

 

BACK IN THE GYM!

9 days and 11 lbs later, feelin good enough to hit the gym. Had 3 full meals today. Haven't had this much energy in over a week!

So last night I went HAM...

HIT session 2 rounds, each exercise 1m long (30s of water after first round)
-Sled push/pull
-Hurdle Squat Jumps
-KB Squats
-DB Alt Lunge
-Box frontal jump switches
-Box lateral switches
-Box jumps
-Med Ball Squat tap jumps
-Alt DB curtsy lunge
-KB split squat jump
-Plate Sliders
-Rip stick Squats
-Weighted jump Lunges
-Weighted box step ups
-Weighted lateral box step ups

Then Shoulders/Traps about 15m after HIT

-DB Reverse Delt Fly warmup 15@20lbs
2x12@40lbs 2x12@30lbs

-Lateral Cable (single arm) Delt Raise warmup 15@5lbs
4x12@20lbs (last set of last 2 reps = neg reps for 5sec)

-Front EZbar Raise
1x12@30lbs 3x12@40lbs

-Reverse Delt cable fly (no handles just grabbed the hooks)
1x15@5lbs 2x10@20lbs

-Reverse Shoulder Shrug
1x10@180 (rough) 1x12@130 1x12@110

About 1m or less of rest time - just went insane! haha

I haven't gymed in 4 days and don't see a gym session in my future until next Tuesday, due to finals. I may be able to squeeze 1 or 2 in before then. I'm eating like a fucking mad man though, so I doubt any weight loss will ensue.

Just getting over being sick, but then off to sedona this weekend to see my sis, wed I am at the bar for one last drink with a buddy, work christmas party on saturday, working on shit all day sunday, then shopping for presents the next week. I honestly dont have anytime to hit it.

 

But unless your only messing with fitness bitches then bitches steal time=loss of gains and also money=less supps and forced cardio while bulking
