    32 years and various financial accounts. All of them are joint accounts. I do the bills but my wife can go look at Quicken anytime she wants to see what was put in or taken out. I can't say that there hasn't ever been an issue but for the most part we talk about large purchases before it happens.

    I don't believe in treating the symptom (not allowing access to money) as much as solving the root of the problem (trust, honesty, and common financial values). I also feel that we can become OCD on saving money sometimes. How many people will drive 10 miles to pay .01/gallon less on gas.
