Cut the shit out of the fenders. Only way to do it to fit 35's without a body lift. Check out my build thread. A lot of work goes into it if you want to jump up to 35s

I do have the flares though. May modify them to work

Heard that. I was thinking even if I bought all new clips, not having anything to bolt them down too might be too flimsy. What do you think

Yeah it was pretty flimsy, and the gap between the fender and the flare looked terrible. Your truck looks fantastic with or without the flares.

What do you guys think is a fair asking price on a stock 98-00 front bumper w/ turn signals and stock front fenders without flares?

Done! Going to mount and wire the halos into the running lights when I get up. Then do the blinker relocation to the new corner lights and button up the front end :D

Because you dont have a locker, only one of your back wheels spins when you lose traction

It's "slang" for a open diff
Technically most limited slip diffs only give power to one tire (so they could also be called a one tire fire), but since the power is getting transferred to the tire with the most traction it's not as likely to break loose.

Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
If I would have been drinking coffee just then, it would have ended up all over my screen. :D

So I took my bumper off last night to mount my new lights. It was so cold in the garage I could see my breath and I had to keep running into the house to warm up. Finally busted out the heat shrink gun to use as a portable hand warmer...finally decided it was a REALLY inefficient way to heat anything other than heat shrink tubing, so I just brought the bumper into the house.

Sadly, I discovered that my TRS HIDs are so good that the new lights make almost no difference. Maybe I'll aim them slightly outwards for side fill.

But hey...at least all of my switches are now hooked up and have a use!

Maybe aim them down a touch as fogs?
