cold weather problem

well, this last weekend the temps got down in the 20's and i tried to open the driver side window and heard a loud POP! now the window wont move much and sounds like crap! how hard is it to rmove the inside door panel on a 2011? feels like I need to attach the window holder to the gear (hope it not broke) Thanks for the help

 

panel should not be hard. look for screws hiding in handle and such.

When its that cold, go out, start truck, put heat on high, go back inside.

a good 5-10 minutes should warm interior to help window problem.

but if it dont want to go, dont try and force it or it will .....

nevermind - haha

Thats why its great to have a remote starter.

Have everything preset and just start from inside the house

I have Timmies at home that i put through my coffee maker and it just isnt the same as when you get it on the run .Even purchased the 24 % cream .
Did a little research . They spike the cardboard cups with vanilla

Finally somebody agrees, McDonald's is decent

McDs coffee is really hit and miss. Sometimes it's good sometimes it tastes like absolute shit. I would rather just go to timmies and get a decent coffee 100% of the time.

 

Door panel comes off really easy, there's a screw behind both the handles and pry off the the mirror cover. Theres also a push plug fastener by the mirror cover. You have to use some force to pull the door panel off the clips.

My windows stick every once in awhile, usually works fine 10min later

 

and the cups smell like a quarter pounder

 

My 10' Golf that I owned always froze below -10C. Pain in the ass opening the door at the drive through.
