Yeah next week it will be tuesday thru friday, is there one over here in gilbert close to my work that we can meet at? Going to look at that rental on Sunday so my regular and something split between the two of us would be best.

Buff as shit and I already lasood the lady. And yes I have stripped/broken shit with my bear hands. Never with air though.....

When my back wasn fucked I did 315 on the smith rack. I haven done a no machine squat since then as it compressed my back into pain. On the machine though I usually throw up 7 plates. However, my boy turned me onto a new workout so this is what I did last week on leg day

    375 3 set of below

    4 plates plus (3) 25lb per sides

    1 @ 375
    1 @ 325
    1 @ 300

Yeah, it sucks cuz now I am maxed at 205 on the rack before the back decides to cave in on itself:(

Nah man, we're basically the same build. I say sweet jesus cause that's a lot of weight. Pretty sure even on a machine I can't throw that up. Props to you sir, cause it's a long time till I get there.
You're going to need a strong back if you're going to squat a box that weighs 275lbs. Just be sure to bring a snorkel.

My back is plenty strong. Towards the end of my field work I was dead lifting to military press 30x44 concrete steps all day long, weigh in around 135lbs. Grip was end to end, steps are 2.5-3" thick. The problem with my back is the fluid in between the verts is not what it used to be. You will see young one.
    Good question

Matt you are deffinitely more defined then and I. And I am pretty sure you have at least 2-3 inches in dia on my biceps.;) Then again, my girl says I have body dis-morphia. Doesn help that I graduated weighin in at a buck40 and was that weight till about 4 years ago.

    Preach it brother!

If I'm not mistaken, it is a squat where your feet exceed the width of your shoulders, and you bow your feet out 45 degrees to line your hips with your shoulders.

or he's just going down on chicks all the wrong way.

You put a bench and a rubber plate in a rack and squat above it. You can do much more weight because you don't go fully down.
