    Awesome man. I was in MEZ '10-'11. If you run into SGT Newcomb, karate chop him in the throat and say "gik" for me. He'll get it. He's in the screaming chickens, motor pool.

    no, because the box stops you.
    at my school we never used a box, but more of a weird rack thing that they made, but you just didnt go all the way down.
    i couldnt squat much weight at all because of my back. a box squat allowed me to still do a type of squat, but not hurt my back as bad.

    im not sure to which extent of the muscle is used, all i know is it didnt hurt my back. lol

    yeah but no speed limits, can do pretty much whatever driving wise besides tearing up the land, littering, etc.

    if i had a fast car, id be in jail in no time haha.

    went with my step brother to a rally race thingy majig of his, and there was some bad ass caged 4wd subys, that had some ground clearance! i was drooling for days
