    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I am a good writer and a good bullshitter. But, a guided "plan" that I have to look at again when I make a certain rank to see if I have followed it? I mean, half this stuff I am going through right now has no bearing on my current job. I don't deal with anyone lower ranking than me, and won't for another 4-6 years.

    BLUF: Give them what they want and don't think so hard about it.

    I know you know what I mean. In 8 years it won't matter, at least not to you; and you'll be far enough along/have enough rank to tell them what they can do with their BS if you don't want to play. Trust me on this one. ;)

    That's the biggest problem with PME, they try to teach one flavor/style of leadership/management to be applied to everyone equally "cookie cutter" fashion. The real world is extremely more dynamic than the stuff they are teaching. IMHO FWIW

    Remember I was never politically correct; my advice WILL NOT get you promoted to the top in today's Air Force.

    BTW ... Not to brag but to put my words in perspective ... I was Levitow winner at both NCO Prep and NCOLS (now one course, ALS) and DG at NCOA.
