Craigslist find- 2011 Taco 10k

Found a 2011 for 10k in Tennessee. Thought I'd share.

In fear of repossession. She doesn't know what she's got.

 

Her BF dumped her and she's trying to get back at him by using his number in the ad.

Yeah, that's it.

 

Ummm $10. I'm buying it.

 

How does selling a truck that is financed for way less then what is probably owed on it help you?

He probably co signed on it and she only thinks she is hurting him.

 

Maybe they put down a good sized down payment..or it could be like a buddy of mine who cosigned for his girl. He let her keep the car when they split up signed an agreement that he'd take it back if she was late. Credit is one thing you do not want to fuck up. I have a now former friend who had a repo and couldn't even get inhouse financing for an 11 year old POS

If you read the ad she wants $10k which makes more sense..when I financed my '10 last year that was my loan amount.

 

The ad doesn't say, but if it is a base model 2wd single cab that's still a good buy but very likely that it was a good down payment..

 

A picture would answer a lot of questions.

 

best way to find out is contact her and then make a quick journey to inspect and find out the particulars...


This would not be the first time a jilted lover got rid of stuff uber cheap just to get back at the offending other party... just sayin, I have seen this before...

Yea likely a base when I bought my my truck in 09 they had the baee model trucks for under 13k at the dealer.

Also likely to be a scam.

 

The craigslist posting shows 25 days old. If it wasn't a scam to begin with, I doubt it is still available. Would be worth the call at least.

 

I have seen this add before with the same Hoe selling her boyfriends truck. I say scam. Clarksville is just 1 1/2 hrs. out from me. I go to Clarksville 1 or 2 times a month for crab legs but don't see the trip till after X-Mas but am sure I have seen this same add before.
