Now I've gotta build a head board and finish painting the night stands and dresser. Then paint the whole room

Honestly it was easy it was the sanding and primer and paint that kicked my ass. I used 2x10's as the outer frame. With 2x4' running inside side to side and top to bottom. Then 1/2 osb for the mattress to lay on. Total cost of lumber was 32.00 paint was 10.00, and a can of primer that I have way too much left over was 6.00. Then the wood putty was 5.00 I think. I have less than 80.00 in the whole thing. And it's supported well enough my big ass and others can "sleep" just fine.

and for legs it is 2 2x4' at each corner and 3 2x4' in the middle slats.
