    are you mounting the shock off the front of the axle? ive seen most guys do it off the rear.

    Yes off the front. For one it helps with the axle wrap , and it clears my 2.0 bumps going out side the frame.

    Yeah nothing wrong with that. Clears my fuel filler and tires which was my main concerns.

    the only way you can do it off the front is if you remove the stock tank.


    its best to do it off the front i have read, but you will also need a wider axle.

    good choice going with the rear first

    Well the rear i can start gathering inexpensive parts and all as for thr front you need everything at once

    and one part of my other post is mis leading.

    you can do the shock off the front of the axle, without moving the stock tank, if you have a wider axle so you can mount the shocks outside the frame.

    ADS bumps with cans are now 260$ if anyone is looking for bumpstops. They have the best can set up on the market IMO. The top is captured by a plate, and it has a pinch bolt on the bottom, it makes the bumpstop much easier to get in.

    Yes, they have a 2" short version and the 3" and 4" versions are the same compressed length.
