if they are a good brand thats a good deal, but if they are the definity dakotas or some pep boys brand i'd spend the extra cash to get a different tire.

and you can find wheel pretty cheap.. I got 2 sets of 1st gen trd alloy wheels for $100/set

Yeah, the guy said that's it was the only 255 he could get... but he only had 4 available. ... 3 would be transferred from Indiana and one from. NY

How did your 4wd act when the actuator went to shit? I was backing up in a snow covered parking lot the other night in 2wd and when I turned it felt like I was in 4wd

That sounds like maybe just the snow made it feel different :notsure:

I haven't heard of the actuator engaging by its self. Not to say it isn't possible though.

I had problems where I would flip the switch and it would just blink. Would never engage. If you want to take a look atthe actuator it's on the front diff. There is a black plastic cover on the actuator held on by 4 Phillips screws. Inside you'll see the motor and if it's corroded you might be getting water in it. Try soaking it with wd40 and seal it back up. Also check the breather hose for cracks and shit. Mine had a slice in it which led to the whole problem.

Gotcha. I thought it may be the snow too but I've been hearing a noise up front too and it sounds like 4wd running. Could be wheelbearing but I doubt it. I'll check it this weekend.

Needle bearing growl? Time for the ECGS bushing or front locker.

Shit, didn't think of that. Solid bushing is how I'd fix. I'll probably never wheel hard enough to lock the front

Needle bearing has quite a load of play not only in and out but around too. Kevin is sending me the removal tool and I'm gonna order the solid bushing

its cheap insurance to just change it out. I did it and it did NOT get rid of the issue that I thought was was the needle bearing. the CV is a lot tighter now so I'm happy about that, but I do still have some growl. doesn't seem to be wheel bearings, but it could be cv joints, carrier bearing, drive shaft. or who knows..

Mine's wobbling really bad and I just want to fix that. I hate that we don't have a single piece drive shaft. That stupid carrier bearing is probably gone too.

:notsure: I guess installing your shackle on my truck.

I think you are going to be fine with the b110s. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the Bilsteins, the majority of the wheeling I do is in the pewp water paradise. Mine started puking a little bit last year then the trip to Rausch back in November put the fork in it. I think a lot of the Issue is the shock is too short for the lift and I over extended it. The reason I bought the lift was for the billies but what I found out was the kit was more mall rated then trail rated, but I guess you learn as you go.

Haven't had anywhere to flex it and I need longer shocks before I can get the advantage of the flip. I do think it rides smoother though.

On my way to gore mountain db
