    Both head lights are off and split opened. Now tomorrow I will prep and paint (I work a night shift so I needs sleep). Will post updates as I go

    Neutral cure silicone it is. Shouldn't have gas issues and can withstand up to 400 degrees which the shroud edges shouldn't reach

    OK so headlights are 100% broken down. Thanks A7xschecter6661 for all the help. Priming tomorrow and then paint will see if flat or satin will be my choice

    Got the projectors aimed and I'm about to check to make sure the halos work and then mount the shrouds to the projectors and seal the lenses back on. Cleaning up all of it first of course.

    Ya would nail polish remover be OK for cleaning off finger prints on the chrome?

    Like I said use wax/tar/grease remover or just rubbing alcohol. I used rubbing alcohol. You can get a bottle at a pharmacy/walmart/target for a buck or two.

    lady luck has been kind to me and I may have a shot at scoring some free e55 projectors out of a BMW headlight set. If thats the case, I'll be running a quad-bi-xenon setup with the mini H1's in my old high beam reflector and the e55s where the lows were.

    Update: so far I have the holes drilled for the projector but still have to create a spot for the solenoid. Then to paint the bowl and the turn signal bowls. Then mounting. Later today I will be curing my shrouds and bezels in the over
