Busas are butt ugly IMO, the zx14 Ninja is better looking and faster (cause let's face it, the sole purpose of either of those 2 bikes is a dick measuring contest between manufacturers over who can go faster)

I met a guy in Sturgis with a zx14 with a NOS bottle strapped to it. He said he's had it going 205 mph... Absolutely insane

Wasn't a zx14 the fastest production bike at some point?

I believe it still is. Although they're all limited at 186 now (kinda like how car manufacturers agreed to all limit at 155)

I'm still not sure who needs to go that fast out of the box. Everything should be limited at 115ish like trucks are. There should be a race track qualification you have to unlock to go over. It would keep insurance rates reasonable for us that don't go fast, but are penalized because of the douche that dies going 150 down the interstate.

Yeah I don't know how fast my new 636 will go but it's gonna be plenty insane for me... when I was testing out what kind of shape 2nd gear was in I pinned it with intentions to redline it but pussed out when I looked down and was going 90. I really don't understand why some people insist on those huge displacement sportbikes, honestly my 250 is plenty for street riding and ample most of the time riding out in the hills. 600 is about right to fill in the shortcomings of the 250, but anything much over that is nuts.

nice lol. package might be delayed bud sorry everyone and their moms decided to spring secret santa on me and flat broke so im :goingcrazy: but im definately getting you a care package! also need to know your ladies interest :D
    fuck that
:anonymous: highway 121 and 161 are huge and dead at night so....lets just say i've seen the limiter on the truck a few times lol. actually its been emergencies everytime i've topped the truck out do to the lady being prego and having false alarms. the first time i hit the limiter it dropped me down to like 85-90 and i thought my truck blewed up. kinda want to know how they do unrestriced because she was still pulling hard right before the limiter bitch slapped her.
noted. still set on that harley but a new 250 is pretty cheap and seeing as how its a gas saver i might go that route, although it would be damn cool to have a cruiser harley...

I rode a Vrod and was largely unimpressed with it, I was expecting yank the handlebars out of your hands power and it wasn't all that much faster than my 250. And it handled like an ocean liner compared to the lil bike too.

i can see that i mean after all they're meant for cruising in a straight line and not racing lol. more of a cool factor i guess. i do like the lower to ground seat and its a little heavier but then again the weight makes me nervous about falling lol

Yeah once that baby decides it's gonna tip over there's no stopping it. Even my little bike is tough to save. I tried parking it without the stand one day (DOH!) and it would've gone down if I didn't have a blazer next to me to lean against and pull it back up

My cbr hits 72mph at the top of first. I've had it up to about 140-145. Think the top speed is 155 or somewhere around that. A buddy has a 2013 zx14 he's gotten to 190. I think that's just asking to die at that point. Personally I'll stick to the track for speed and just cruise on the streets.

Yeah buddy. Do a 150cc engine swap and some disk brakes and it will go 70mph and pull wheelies. All for under $2000.
