Look what came in the mail today...

I'm not 100% sure about the EDC ability of this knife (950SBK-Osborne). It's a bit larger than others. I kinda wish it had a deep carry clip. Not sure yet.

Opinel. Dirt cheap, the design's from the 90s - 1890s that is, rock solid blade lock, good old carbon steel that takes an edge like a razor, and most importantly does not attract any attention at all. Looks like it came out of a picnic basket.

It's all a matter of perspective. My EDC firearm costs as much as a TRD Supercharger ($3500). I don't mind banging it around and getting it scuffed up, it's a tool that's meant to be used :D

Just a bunch of old crap
Spyderco Civilian. Thin profile, tough as nails, great grip, and nasty. Cuts open boxes with ease, but also could cut a head off. I've carried this knife for 21 years and the clip is still as tight as the day it came out of the box. Just a bitch to sharpen, and it's a little larger than most EDCs but the bigger handle is more stable. Never had to brandish this thing on anyone, but their reaction would probably be picture-worthy.

    That it is.

There are so many great pieces in this thread too. I love seeing the art part. Like those of Daniel Winkler or Chris Price. There are many others too-the art is amazing.

My brother in law bought me the Gerber Remix Tacticsk for my birthday... For $30 I think it's a damn good knife! 3" blade and thin. I love it!

I picked up a another Benchmade. This one's a Bone Collector that's been discontinued.
The 15020-2. I like the way it looks and it's different than most other Benchmades.

I also picked up a Ontario RAT II Coyote.

Not a huge fan of the liner lock tho.
