Last time I checked usapl required breaking parallel and locking out.

 

ah well competition lifting is different... I was just saying for lifting in general.. Forget you're a PWR LFTR

 

actually she showed me x-rays and i do feel it because after a leg day i have the same soreness that everyone else has but i have pain from my hip and low back because its crooked and has added pressure. i still do legs and back but i never go heavy because i still havent fixed that problem yet. cant afford more sessions

 

yeah only problem with chiropractory is that its a temp fix.. ergo you must go a lot... Once Im close to my contest ill probably be going every other week

 

i dont think its a temp fix. to me its like fixing your engine when it blows up. it works now but you still gotta take it back to the shop every now and then for maintenance. the sessions at first are bunched together and often but the better you get the less you have to go. she fixed my back and hip problem but then i got tackled really hard a few times playing tackle with no pads, idk why people have the need to test toughness sometimes

 

even they will say it.. make sure to come in regularly

 

you need to find a new chiro seems like they just want your money. the one i go to is my aunts friend and she says you dont have to come back regularly but its good to come once in awhile and she charges me half

 

nah this guy was the first chiro in US to use Kinesio Taping... Great guy and its only $25 a session for me

And every pro athlete gets chiro work and massages done every week. I know Im not a pro but when Im so close to my competition you need to be careful and that'll help prevent injury.. Since you're at such a low BF%

i havent competed in athletic stuff besides football with friends for awhile. i miss jiu-jitsu and wrestling but i never have time anymore

nothing like good ol CT Fletcher for motivation
