Why are you going back to SUA? Not a fan of the expos?

 

Yea i've got probably 500 extra pounds give or take 50 and the expos have sort of fallen flat for me with that weight... Bumpstop rockstar for sure with 500 pounds for me and the expos and I'm guessing Cody noticed the same thing. Idk, expos have not exactly impressed me of late.

 

Yeah with all the weight it wasnt hard to bottom out. Luckily the bump stop hit the allpro u bolt plate perfectly. Brand new springs and with all the weight they were pretty much flat. Not everyone carries all that weight though so the expo work for some and not for others.
With the spring under i sat a couple of inches low and didnt bottom out as bad. keep in mind i dont get out as much as everyone else does but i do push more then i should when im alone.

 

hmmm maybe my expo pack isn't a bogus pack then. That's BS tho then cuz they claim them to handle weight so well. Sucks for us guys who actually put 500 pounds of chit back there! Quote from AP:

^ that is total bs in my case... I even keep trying to contact AP about it but get nothing back.

 

Yeah that suck. I think with Expo Daily driver truck its hard to get a prefect match. I think with the SUA kit and the shackle fit kit it might work pretty good. I cant wait to get it on and test it out.

One of the reasons i want to do the shackle flip too it because i bent my stock shackle mount and my truck is leaning to the drivers side.

 

haha yea those stock hangers are pretty low and get into rocks quick on ledges!

What secondary hoops are you running up front??

Yes they are the Total Chaos hoops. If i had to do it again i would do some research to see if some one made one that bolted tighter to the stock bucket. TC shock hoop is kinda spaced high so they have long bolts through the stock bucket. I had to install the hoops with the bolts in.

What size is the spacer you're running in the rear?

 

1 1/2'' in the rear and no spacers in front.

 

Thanks, I assume they're the Bora ones? They clear the rear shocks all the way?

 

Im running the synergy wheel spacers. I would go with the Bora spacers because they are black.

I relocated my shocks without going through the bed. Because i didnt go through the bed the tire still touches the shocks a little bit. Its just slowly rubbing the king sticker off.
