    I like using gas, but with as much welding as I'm doing, this is easier and less expensive. I got it dialed in nicely to where one setting will work on most thicknesses I'm working with, I just change up how fast I move the gun. Plus it works well with little or no prep work and has better... yes Jordan, better penetration. I'll use gas on the cage though.

    I'll post a pic here in a little bit of the flux core welds on the belly armor I just got on.

    im sorry the ends of my rack are ground so thin they blow through on the lowest heat. and thats about all the welds youve seen. other than the bike, which the welds were 1/2" long right near the shock mounts on an also thin metal frame.
