Lucky! I pay labor to this family mechanic that I don't like that much, but he usually does quick work. Just because I don't know how to do it.

I'd tell him you are paying for his service , not his opinion & he can keep it to himself...serious

Yup, ya nailed it jason, my inner/lower bushings are toast, good thing i got some rebuilt lowers staring at me right now haha (thanks again Micah)

I have 2. The pull out ones over the radio lol. Flopy as fuck with a soda in it. So I use my lap mostly.

I sorta want the in dash cup holders that my 95.5 had.

 

Yeah had that one in my '96 5 lugger at least it was something, now like you my lap is holding moisture well

Shooting for tomorrow, trying to get my truck smogged today as well as the RV, and I should be free tomorrow, can ya call me tonight? Then we can lock it in..today I am trying to get my stuff done..but I think we are good for tomorrow..

Lots of things, I have welders, tools, bender, etc..depends on what you need I suppose.

 

anyone down here ever swapped a transmission output shaft? I could use some help, I am too chicken to go at it alone.

 

I found the best cup holder in my truck, works on everything but red cups...they just crush lol


Btw who's got a 5 spd first gen? My Trans seems to get uber hot, like shifter, tunnel, center console all hot to the touch during mtn driving. it's been a while since I checked the fluid but it was topped off but it's not leaking, except it dribbled something out last dez trip, possibly vented while on a steep dune? Bell housing/back of head shot passenger side. Since then it's been smelling like gear oil but can't find any leak
