All have given something. St Joe's just gave 16, 000 but they charge more. We will do a spead sheet once we get them all and the financial aid numbers to see which is cheapest. We can't do the financial aid applications untill January (I think)

I spent 20 minutes pumping gas this morning. Everyone was at the station and for whatever reason the pump was the slowest I have ever seen. I was convinced the pump was going to run dry.

Happy to know I probably have a fuel tank full of holding tank sludge. Maybe that'll stop my pinging!

I got gas early this morning. Wasn't busy at all. But it was about 10 degrees out.

I guess I'm getting anywhere from 6" to 12" of snow followed by freezing rain. So far I might have 1/2".

    Blech.

I'm more of a bourbon rocks kind of guy, or scotch with a splash of water.

Or, if I've just come back in from clearing the driveway, maybe a hot buttered rum :D

Up here it's the fear of the Ice Storm of '98. Folks where I grew up were without power for 7-14 days, and there was no gas or lamp oil to be found.
For that reason there's always 20 gallons of stabilized gas in the garage, plus 10 gallons of tractor diesel and a 275 gallon tank of K1 attached to the house. And I always have a couple of gallons of lamp oil on hand as well. That and it saves me a trip to the gas station with all the panicky folk.

Oh, and wood heat, and a wood cookstove. Propane oven is on the books for a Summer of '14 project!

We should get more trucks to the Lars Anderson show next summer. We need a bunch of trucks to represent Toyota a little better!

Since we ran out of gas, I figured I might as well take advantage of the covered parking spots while I can :)
