05+ which lug nuts?

hubcentric or lugcentic which lug nuts and rings do i need for an 05 newer with aftermarket eagle alloy wheels. Also where can u order them?

 

all that matters is the 1.5 pitch right? they can be 12 or 14mm it doesnt matter?

 

12 x 1.5 shank style.....has to be 12mm

 

alright what would u recommend if i have 12.1.5 right now but i cannot get the socket in to tighten them in the hole would u recomend going longer? im confused I thought this part would be the easiest also everyone keeps talking about getting those rings for our trucks or they will b off cenetered is this true?

 

oh ok if thats all i need im not to worried what about my center bore do i need the ring spacers to get it properly lined up do u think chris?

 

can i get the thin walled sockets locally or do i have to order online?

 

also sorry for the dumb question but what size socket is it i don't remember what i was using earlier.

 

man i just wanna make sure i actually get the right socket for the lug nut ill just take them with me thanks alot for the help chris.

Also, the 12M is the size of the STUD/bolt not length. Go buy a M12Xwhatever length bolt and a M14Xwhatever length bolt and see what you get.

The lug is a 12M X 1.50 pitch. You'll need a shanked version, and there are two common sizes. Make sure you get the correct size to fit the hole in your wheel. If you get the smaller lug diameter you will have issues. LUGcentric will not be so good.

 

I should have read your first post a little closer( I'm on vacation and have had a couple too many) I have not sold any eagle wheels in a while but..........they should have a conical lug seat. This should enable you to get a regular set of lugs anywhere you want. I think close to 90% of lugs on the aftermarket side are conical. I'll call my local guy tomorrow and find out......very few wheels have a shank style lug hole anymore. To make a really story short........its super easy to F#*k it up if the wheel has shank style lug(plus almost every auto manufacturer has switched to conical style lug wheels). If your wheel has a flat lug seat....its a shank lug seat. If it looks like a funnel(for lack of a better explanation) it takes a conical lug. Good luck.......
