had to clean my work bench and then go straight to the gym, didn't eat till 430. i was like a zombie in the gym. Also craving for muuderfuking gelato for some reason.

 

Fuck! i think i tweaked something today doing rack pulls. after the first couple of sets with straps for reps i switched to over under with chalk for singles, and during the last rep at the top of the rep i felt a pop in my upper collar bone area, it's kinda sore now when i move my neck around, i mean its not really pain just slight soreness but this has never happened before. i went up to 585 but the weight wasn't so heavy that i was uncomfortable, everything else felt fine, even my recently injured lower back. hopefully it's just one of those joint pops like on your knuckles.

I just found out yesterday that my left thigh is about an inch thicker than my right.

My left bicep is bigger and much more defined than my right. Which is weird, because I'm right handed.

everyone has a dominant side.... its how your body distributes its own weight, how you sit, etc... If you're competing then you need to work on a side... but if not I wouldnt worry about it.. No one should ever notice lol.. except for you, now that you know

Mine was meh... Another day done.. Got a great core workout Sat mornin then an awesome exploding/fast twitch chest workout in that afternoon... then cooked all day yesterday, played BF4, and some WoW

I lost 10-15 lbs in 1 1/2- 2 weeks. (Not in a good way)

Two weeks ago I weighed in at 193-195 lbs and on Saturday I weighed about 179-180 lbs. today I was 182 lbs.

I haven't been eating the best. (Actually eating a lot of sandwiches and burritos) I thought I would be gaining more weight from eating bad.

I haven't even done cardio in forever.

Not sure what's going on with my body. But I've been super cold lately. Even when I work with a female partners I'm colder than them. Which is weird cause I've never been this way.
