Not long enough man, I came in an hour late just to get a little more shut eye. I got almost everything done that I planned on. Sedona Friday night with the girl and the fam, hiking sat morning in the snow, then back to phoenix and off to the work Christmas party.


Ooooo and today is CHEST week, goal is 315 by March.

Then up at 7 to wash the truck as it got sprinklered at the party (fuckin hate hard water), then to a locals house to install Camburg 4" lift spindles on a 2014 (QC on them is crap had to do some grinding to get the calipers to mount properly) only took an hour per side to actually replace the spindles, then to oreilly to pick up 700 dollar worth of bimmer parts to start replacing erything on my boys bimmer (replaced the valve gasket, rad, resi, and therm in under 3 hours with hand tools and no lift. Gonna have to go back next sat to replace the oil level sensor, change oil/filter, trans mount, flex disc, and diff bushings.)

Then to my parents to shit shower and shave for the Chihuly glass exhibit last night, which was fucking killer.

Yeah on Jaime's, turned out good. Still think he should crank the coils up a bit more get another two inches out of the front and then buy my leafs and add an AAL to them. (5lug leaf pack, stiffer arch)

As for my boys Bimmer, he goes spends a grand on it about every 2-3 years, pretty much drives it till he cant drive it anymore. Then spends a G and keeps her going for another year. He rebuilt the whole back end of it 10 years ago when he did auto body for a living. Only reason I am doing the work is because he is still traveling the world.

And yeah Chihuly's work is legit!

Even tho you are eating bad you might be in a deeper caloric deficit than you think you are, with extra work and all. and if you still lifted during those times, you probly lost a good amount of fat, which would explain the cold. people in contest shape has to wear sweats in summer cuz they are so cold.
