Are Rigid D2s directional??

I have some D2s on the way as a Christmas present and wanted to know if it matters whether they are mounted upside down? Do they need to be mounted with the bolt facing downwards or does it matter?


I wanted to hang them upside down under my bumper but I won't if it impacts how they throw light.

my four duallys are installed upside down on my bumper...you can remove the faceplate and put it right side up if you want.

If you have D2 Driving It doesn't matter as long as they are mounted horizontal. If you mount them vertical however you will loose a majority of your light.
