    as long as he has a stock wheel, or can somehow find an aftermarket that has a stock style bead seat. most aftermarket wheels won't hold a bead too well at 4psi with higher lateral forces.

    when i got mine however long ago, it was $20 a tire for shipping. may have changed since then, but shouldn't be too far off of that.
