Another for Magnetic Grey Metallic!

 

Just bought a Mag gray when I sold my Rad red Tacoma I missed the heck out of that red. It was awesome.. I dont care much for the Deeper red on the 12's and up otherwise I would have gotten another one. The metallic in the Magnetic Gray really got me. I was between that and black..But, I'll say one thing about the Magnetic Gray the color is hard to match!! Got my bumper whacked the first month I bought it. Had it re painted and it just doesnt match like before..Go figure!

 

I've got the metallic grey which was in fact my first choice. Love the green, but had too many Jeeps in a similar colour so I'm likin' the new metallic grey look.

 

My 09 is black but I would love to have a metallic grey one next go around!

 

White has always been my choice in a vehicle color ... when you're a kid you have to take what you can afford in a used car, but since then I have always opted for white. One reason is white stays cooler in hot climates (Texas is home) and also you can park a dirty white vehicle next to a fairly clean dark vehicle and the white one will "look" cleaner. Just my 2 cents worth ... YMMV.

 

2014 Silver Sky Metallic. Double Cab, Long Bed. Didn't want another TRD. The ride's too stiff, IMHO. If you are adding a new Leer 100R I have an inside tip that might be helpful. Saved me several hundred. PM me.

i totally de-badged, only thing not black on mine is the 'T' badge on the grille and the wheels, and the spot lights have black lenses because they infrared, no need for others to see me coming long as i can see them hehehehehe

everything else is like looking into a black hole, even windows

My first choice was super white but it was not available so went with magnetic grey. I am glad I did. I like the magnetic grey now.

 

Last 5 cars/trucks me and Wifey bought were white. Mazda RX8/Ranger/Prius/Prius/Tacoma

 

I really like the Timberland and Spruce Micas.

 

1st choice MGM,
2nd timberland mica,
3rd nautical blue.

obviously I went with MGM when I ordered my truck...Twice
and I had to wait over two months for both of them!

 

I know I'm in the minority here.

My most unfavorite vehicle color is silver. It looks like something metal forgot to be painted. There are just too many silver cars on the road. The 2nd from the bottom for me is white. It looks too utility vehicle-ish, generic for me. It's kind of like painting a wall white. There's no imagination. Both of these "ugly" colors are good with hiding dirt though.

Now I like deep dark reds, blues, blacks, charcoals, greys, and even some bright yellows. They are work to keep looking good but worth it. I would like to see a dark chestnut with gold flecks as a color option.

Just my opinion. Oh, I'm also colorblind.

 

My beef with silver is that it's hard to see a silver vehicle if their lights aren't on and it's overcast out.

When I started shopping for a Tacoma I decided on Spruce Mica but my local dealer didn't have it. I told him if he wanted to sell a truck, he better find one. The next day he called and found one in the exact model I wanted, unfortunately it was in another state. My salesman went and got it and drove it back to the dealer for me at no charge. If your buying a new vehicle and the dealer doesnt have what you want, dont settle for something less when your spending that kind of money. They will find what you want.

 

My dealer only had a SR5 in black. Told him no way I'm buying black. He found me a magnetic grey 40 min later.

 

I don't want any of those colors. You should have listed all previous 2nd Gen colors if you wanted to do a poll?

 

Radiant Red all the way… because FLASHY!
