I bet you're right. That truck actually has the "Custom Cab" decal under the window still. I wonder what he wants for it? Who am I kidding I can't afford what I want to do to my own rig!

Not totally sure as I have yet to meet you in person. Justin and I were talking today and his description of you seem to match who actually sold me the parts.

Thanks to this site I installed my CB. I know it's a throwback but it works great. I reutilized out of the families 85 Chevy. Some funny s@$& comes across it!

I know what you're sayin but I'm kinda whiskey tango enough that I like it, for meow. I love the blacked out look on the white rigs but I like a contrast on the black ones. Like I said I'm somewhat WT! BTW.. You are doing so much business with billy I can't get my bumper... Totally kidding! Your truck looks great

Well, I did keep the chrome V6 tag on my tailgate as well so maybe I'm a little bit WT also hehe.

I don't think my little winch control box mount interrupted his bumper business much. :)

Lol, I don't think so either!! I'm about 12 weeks out on my front but I expected him to be busy. Top notch work takes time. I was supposed to be right behind your HC rear. I don't mind waiting for craftsmanship!

Ermagherd!! Kevin said he spotted a truck without stripes and different plates down south.

Same color sans stripes, same wheels, SAME BUMPER.

That's not a stock bumper!! I wonder if they changed the plates and got rid of the stripes somehow?!?

Only one way to find out. Report it and the plate-mention the vehicle is suspected as stolen. They'll do the rest.

Seems like changing plates is the first thing they do. Stripes usually come off with a heat gun. It's definitely possible

Sorry, I erred on the wheels. The one I saw had different wheels.
I think the bumper is not as rare as you think it is. It's a pretty common go-to aftermarket bumper for these trucks.
Does the stolen truck have some sort of square hitch underneath for the bikes? Because I checked for that and it wasn't there.
Even if they got rid of the stripes, you would still be able to see them in the paint because that white paint tends to yellow with age (you can see it in the difference between the camper shell white and the truck white on my truck). I didn't see the stripes in the paint on this truck.
The one I saw also has some black box under the cab, you can see it in the picture. Any thoughts on what that is?

I went back to try to find it again this morning but it wasn't there. I'll check there again anytime I'm over in that area, but I'm 95% sure it's not your truck.
Attached is the picture I took of the one I saw.
