If you need diesel stop at either Exit 3: LA 169/US 79 There's a Pilot and a Flying J or take Exit 8: LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop) there's a Loves there. After you pass those exits there's really no where to get off and fill up fast for another 20 miles or so

 

4:30 or so, we'll be rolling into the grandparents town about 10:30 (giving us 45 minutes for fuel breaks and letting the dogs out)

We used to do flying j at exit 3, but the last few trips we've stopped at loves instead.

The city might bore me, but the road will put me to sleep (it's like being on a boat)

 

So let's say I was gonna get some extended travel coilovers...Could I run them without aftermarket UCAs for a little while? Won't be doing any serious offroading in that timespan

nah you risk binding the upper ball joint all the time.

if you just stay on the streets..should be fine.

 

We ended up getting diesel at the Valero in bossier (bossier city?)
Roughly 5 more hours and one fuel stop (Conoco in Jackson) left.
