    Cool...

Has anything that I have said up to this point been untrue about the Xbox One?

    1. You have to have Kinect even though it can be turned off and really isn't needed.

    2. It cost more only because it has Kinect bundled with it (admitted by you also)

    4. Unless you are using the headset that came with the Xbox One chat functionality is severely hampered because you have to chat through the Kinect

    5. None of the High End headsets work with chat with the Xbox out of the box that I'm aware of at the moment. Not so with the PS4. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this because I might have missed one.

    6. Optical output does not output in Dolby 5.1 /7.1 surround sound

    7. Does not display 1080p natively on most games

    Did I miss anything?

Now... all that said... The PS4 comes with all that standard and installed and ready to go. Sure you can bring up the games that will be released on both systems but the reality of it is "most" will be cross platform with very few exclusives.

So... as of "right now"... The PS4 is a better system out of the box than the Xbox One in "my" opinion. I understand you have a affinity toward Xbox because you spent your hard earned money toward it. I have both systems sitting next to me right now and I can without hesitation say that until the updates come out for the Xbox it isn't "quite" as good of a system as the PS4 at the moment.

I freely admit... Time may change that.

I agree with your final statement only because you included out of the box

Thing is Corey, I've said that all along ;) In fact I've praised the Xbox on a lot of things.

All the things that you posted in red was you're opinion also :)

Believe me... I didn't spend $600 on a system to bash it. I think it is a good system that will only get better.

And like you.. I can't wait for Titanfall.

I have to say the ps4 controller is so comfortable and is amazing compared to everything else I have played with. It is super light even with having the built in battery, especially considering the weight the 360 wireless controller had. All the buttons are easily reachable, the triggers have a smooth action with a light texture for some grip, even the sticks are very comfortable to use without irritating my thumbs (I always found on the 360, I'd rub my thumbs after a while cause they would be irritated).

Disclosure: I have not held the new Xbox controller. (Before I get jumped by some of you :p)

I've held the PS3 controller and an xbox 360 and I have to say I like the feel of the xbox controller more.. Now this is just my opinion but it seems to fit to my hands better and seems to be a more relaxed grip.

However, I will give it to Sony with the development of their thumb sticks. They are by far better than xbox's POS sticks. When I get my custom controller it will come with PS4 sticks instead.

I agree that the ps4 controller is better than the xbox one but only slightly. The ps4 controller is miles ahead of of the ps3. The xbox one controller is a great controller also just not quite as good as the ps4 in my opinion. I do LOVE the rumble in the triggers on the xbox controller. I can't wait to see how developer's utilize the touch pad on the ps4 controller though.

Agreed. The PS3 controller was not even in the same league as the 360 controller. I ended up buying a 360 "like" controller for my PS3.
