Clutch Replacement DIY Instructions?

Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post! I have a 2006 Tacoma with a manual trans and am faced with the chronic TO bearing squeak. I have ordered a retrofit kit and new clutch from URD (the truck has 100K on it so I figured might as well do the clutch too, while I'm in there).

I have done a search here and on the web and wasn't able to find a clutch replacement "how to" guide. Specifically, I haven't been able to find a "how to" on removal of the transmission. I've been working on cars for a while and have done several clutch replacements on other vehicles and various race cars so I have all the tools and experience. I just wanted to see if there are any special tools or techniques on the Tacoma.

Hello Gerald, thanks for the prompt response and information. I watched the video and it looks like removing the trans is pretty straightforward. DO you know if I need to remove anything above the trans, be sides the shifter?

clutch swap is just like how it is in other cars. Nothing else is on top of the tranny, just a bunch of wires, so just make sure you disconnect all of the harnesses. The only really difficult thing is getting to the top bolts of the tranny. I used a 3' long extension that I approached it toward the rear.
