Once I have full skids and a rear bumper I'm down to run others but for my first time there/till I get more comfortable and confident I'll stick with greens and blues

Yeah I was only kidding, same here I has a few ass puckering moments on some of the blues the last time I was there.

When I went there was a guy behind me who was bone stock with sliders and other than popping a tire he did ok.

I was the same way. Stuck to greens/blues. Accidentally went down a red though. Having a CB radio would have helped to prevent that

 

Yeah the greens and blues made me nervous too especially without sliders. I want sliders next and then I can try more blues. I was honestly surprised how well I did stock with only tires and no locker.

 

I have an amex and like mine. Used the rewards several times for concert tickets and the like. I want to get a card I can earn miles with now though.

Too late. Though my stock skids do pretty well.

 

I just got word from DSM I may see my new shocks by the January 10th wtf.

 

Damn.. I just got mine sent out to Fox but they said expect a 10ish day turn around

They originally said about 3 week, January 10th will be 6 weeks and add another week for shipping. I guess 2 month wait on a pair of shocks isn't bad.

Here is how it went down....

Sun morning I turned it on to warm it up and defrost the windshield while cleaned all the snow, also planned on using it to go to my son's game... I didn't realize it took me about 2 hours to cleaned the snow and never shut the truck off and with the snow blower on it didn't help realizing I left it running... I ended up NOT going in my truck to my sons game so i never even moved it.... then on Monday night I turned on again while I was looking at my map and dome lights as i looked to see if the LEDs i received that day were the right ones; and that was for about 20 mins, also never moved it.... and then this morning for about 15-20 mins, also to warm it up as I was gonna move it to the other side of the drive way and that's when I realized that the heater didn't kick in and notice the temp gauge up and also thats when I saw antifreeze leaking....

 

Wouldn't any "long life pink coolant" work? Or there is a reason to use genuine toyota pink coolant?
