Actually I did not install Bob's bumper. He did it at his tome home if I recall correctly. Should not be hard though.
You are welcome to join the BS at my garage if you would like. I believe we are doing on Saturday, right Phil?

^^What he said Redline. I was thinking about going up soon, but going alone never felt like a good idea - so I put it off for now.

I could be persuaded to commit my Sunday to a trip if a few peeps wanna head west.
I'm not a very proactive trip planner.. :tumbleweed:

yes sir, that is if you are available. It really shouldnt be that hard, a couple bolts to remove tow package and stock bumper, then lifting the plate bumper up to align the bolts to put back in will be the only difficult part, unless someone wants a workout and bench press it up till we can put bolts in :D

    sean?

Yeah I am available. I believe it is 8 bolts to remove. You should be able to bench press the bumper into place. Hell I pressed my winch up into the front bumper and held it there while my wife threaded the bolts.

I have a winch, I will see what my weekend projects look like around the house. I also may go to the mountains on Sat cuz my inlaws get here xmas day and stay for 10 days so I wont get any riding in during that time. Seems like everyone here is in the process of building right now rather than wheeling. (which makes me jealous lol) What area are you coming from.

Greetings everyone. I'm new here, moved from PA to Colorado over the summer and landed in Golden this past October.

I'm down to drink beers and talk trucks if anyone ever has free time. I'm also very handy at light fab and installations if you ever need a second hand with anything. I come from a strong Jeep Cherokee background and am a mechanical engineer.

I look forward to getting a chance to meet as many of you as possible.

    Wheel on!!

Do you have a neighbor with a motorcycle/atv jack? That's what I used to install my front bumper and it worked great. I did it by myself with the exception of my buddy with a broken wrist just balancing the bumper since the bottom was a knife edge.
A rear might need some cribbing for height but should balance by itself and be a one man job.
