All components for 6" lift purchased.. I think?

I'm going off another guys build, YotaMatt. He's got a VERY similar set up and he's running stock UCA.

We're about the same ride height. My truck left 6" DB lift, his all the way Right. Center is a midtravel 3" set up

 

Remember that when getting it aligned, the number won't get back to factory alignment specs. I don't have the numbers offhand, but if you search here for 6" lift alignment specs, those will be the numbers you want to shoot for.

Also, keep an eye on those CV's after lifting. I keep tearing boots on my 4th Gen 4Runner with a 3" lift (Icon coilovers with stock UCAs).

 

Prerunners don't have cv's

 

Since your new here we won't give you crap haha but the prerunner is just 2wd that sits like a 4wd

 

Ok here is where am at...

Maxtracs, brake lines and all pro leaf pack are enroute.

I am also going to order coilovers and 1.5" block. I did not order the UCA's and this will help me to actually be able to afford tires as well. So should be able to get those done with the alignment. After all that is done will order a driveshaft spacer and cv joint spacer. You guys rock, thanks for all the help... Will post pics once completed.

If you can afford it get the lifetime alignment. I got mine thru tires plus but firestone and others should offer it as well.

 

Yup I have a local firestone who handles my tire purchases already priced it out for $150... definitely going lifetime

 

Did I forget to buy rear shocks?? If so should I go with the Pro Comp MX6 or the pro runners? Can't find much clarification. I will be running all pro leaf pack with a 1.5" block...

Ok so I installed the suspension and she is sitting high, got the tires on as well. Big issue though when the tire place took it around the block to check alignment the carrier bearing popped out! I already ordered a drop bracket and was waiting to get a spacer once I knew how far it would space out. Does this mean I need a whole new cb??

 

Your advice was more than priceless... I chose to wait to order these and ended up popping out of the cb and chewing it up trying to get home, new bearing and ordered the spacer and cb drop mount... trial by error I guess!!
