    Hi, how is it possible to change the LED module in the in the tail light assembly on a 2012 Tacoma ?

    Thanks man. I thought about it but the bezel really isn't that big compared to the bezel on my 2011 and I just don't think it is worth the effort. If I decide to retro them I'll paint them all black then.


    I'm going to say no. Still have no idea why you would want to.

    I did mine some time ago. The only pain in the ass is the reentry back into the lens. I scratched off the paint from the bezel in some of the corners several times before I just decided to say screw it, only I can see the F up.

    Yeah... I did my 2011 and they turned out nice. There just isn't as much bezel on the new lights to justify taking them apart unless I decide to retro them.

    You would be surprised. They actually turn out DAMN nice and way better then the chrome looking junk. I'll take a pic and post later of how much better they look

    Oh... I've seen them and they do look nice. But if I take them apart I'll retro them and paint the entire light black.
