    I do occasionally just take a tablespoon or two throughout the day, especially since I haven't had the time to cook anything fatty yet...definitely not a long-term plan, though

    Yeah, I put 2 tbs in my shakes, except for post-workout...skrait protein

    Haha gym locker room stories are the best. I was cleaning the bathrooms a few weeks ago and some old dude came in and got completely naked and was conversing with me and everything...so awkward. According to all the shit I've read on the BB forums, old men everywhere just don't give a fuck haha
