A lot of people think they are but doesn't work. I'm kind of a stickler about it and remind people when they stick their hands out. I've seen a lot of close calls.

I remember that video of the guy in the taco breaking his arm with his hand on the tree.

Why was she using the rear steer? that is probably the reason she rolled...

One of my friends actually did save his truck that way... he was driving like a retard (stupidest driver I've ever ridden with, and I'm pretty stupid myself) and spun his truck off the highway going way too fast around a corner. He slid into the ditch and both tires caught right at the bottom of the ditch where it started coming back up. The truck was up on two wheels and about to flop and he reached out the window and pushed off the uphill side of the ditch and saved it. It wouldn't have flipped anyway, just bounced off the side of the ditch, but he saved any body damage and just had to replace two scraped up wheels.

thats a different story. from my understanding he was kind of on his side but wasnt moving? thats kinda understandable to me atleast, now if say it was mid rollover and he stuck his hand out to try and save it. i doubt the effects would be the same

Yeah, honestly I would've done the same thing. Worst case there is the truck flops into the hillside and his arm just gets pushed back into the window.

He still loves to brag about how he saved his truck from rolling though... I was kinda happy later that year he rear ended someone and smashed his beloved truck all up

4Runner, and it rolled so fast I'm sure she didn't mean to have her arm out and when she realized it was rolling it was too late.

I had my arm out the window when I flopped. I was smart enough to bring it inside before going upside down. My elbow did hit ground though after we came back to the drivers side. There is still a good chance that even if your hands are inside before the roll they can end up on the outside once you start rolling, unless you have a good grip on what ever you are holding onto Everything yard sales and there is nothing you can do about it. Mine was super slow motion and every thing that was in my runner was on the outside after.

Someone made a habit to piss on mine most weekends, I had no idea who it was so I assumed him and started doing it back. I started parking in the sketchy lot behind our house, kinda sad when your vehicle is in more danger the closer you park to the back door due to the assholes you live with

When we flopped ours I thought my ex might have crushed his hand because last I remember it was outside the window and initially he wasn't responding....but it was because both me and my dad were squishing him so he couldn't really say anything or move haha. We did knock heads though.
