    What haven’t I changed?
So you just screw these on and let them go until they stop, which is hopefully the correct pressure that you want, then pull them off?

Yes. You should tune them first before trying though and make sure you set your pressures.

Hi XXXX,[IMG]The seller has responded to you and offered another solution to solve this issue.[IMG]Seller's message:
"All pictures are generic pictures. The item description does not specify what color bushings, or what texture of powder coating, & the item is 3/8 steel. The description does not specify any of these because shackles are a broad spectrum across the board for many applications. The color is not specific because powdercoating can vary due coaters & what other items may be getting coating, the bushing colors may vary depending on different manufacturers to find the best value to pass on to the customer. Please contact us at 707-428-4100 so we can get you the very specific shackle you are requesting. Thank you for your purchase & we look forward to hearing from you. "

If you're satisfied with this solution, you can let the seller know by sending a message in the Resolution Center. If you don't want to accept this offer, we encourage you to send the seller a message with solution that you'd be happy with.

You can also view the details of this case in the Resolution Center.

Nope. Can't call from work. Ill try when I get home.

I know what the part number is - problem is that part number is for three different shackle designs. The guys response is a joke. So basically he tells me what I ordered could of come with pink bushings if they were cheap and it could of been powder coated purple if that's what was cheap at the time.

What I really need to do is post what I sent them.
