    just saying that the position you sleep in has no effect on your gainz, its the lifestyle in which you live and how you want to live it.

    Someone gave me some of "the curse" preworkout to try out. Anyone ever tried it? Gonna need it today to do legs. I'm ready to just go home, but I still hve 3 hours of work and then about 45 mins-1 hour gym session after.

    oil change...
    I ran the Texas spartan beast last saturday (15 miles of hell). My knees and hips are still in some pain. I took this week off to rest up and let my joints recover and Im gonna hit it hard again next week.

    I did manage to put a few pounds on this week (unheard of for me) from eating like a mad man and not working out.

    Speaking of which Jeeps crushing cars tonight. PUMPED for third day of chest this week and my boys getting back in town tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! Gonna be an awesome weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Did legs today. Deadlifted 315x3...I usually don't deadlift that much weight b/c I took a trip to snap city last time I did, but I went heavy on everything today and my legs are like jello.

    Cool. I just got done with my final workout for the week and have begun the carb load. I've been writing potential meals down, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how the hell I'm going to eat 800-900 carbs in 30 hrs without exceeding my calories or fat. I tried making a plan of nothing but clean carbs, but I'd be eating like 16 lbs of spaghetti and rice. Suggestions?

    I don't watch calories, so not sure on their caloric impact, but I eat a lot of sweet potatoes, and target has this cereal called "Chocolate factory" which is corn based. I could eat a whole box of that easily. You can add honey to pretty much anything too.

    Well I only go three times a week. Have no issue with strength gains. I doubt that one less day is going to break all gains.

    Two days a week is much better then zero days a week.

    I train 4 days per week. Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri....that gives me enough time to make one up on Saturday if I miss one.
