    Here's what Taylor Rental quoted...

Not too bad for the charcoal (I prefer charcoal too). If that's the route we want to go, someone with a credit card can probably call and arrange for one. Of course, I'm game for tossing in some cash for both the grill rental and the steak.

On a different note, Congrats to Alfuh. Get them certifications knocked out!

Hehe, well, I changed my oil, rear diff lube, and adjusted my e-brake cable. She's as ready as she's gonna get for Citrus. Two surprises: one, when I dropped my front skid to get to the filter, in addition to the expected 10 lbs of mud, I found a beer can in there. The other surprise was in spite of going through water nearly up to my tail gate latch, there wasn't any water in my diff. Yay!

Water up to your tailgate latch!?!?!?!? How did your interior do?

    BTW,
Is this the one? I pulled it up on their website. And yes, I prefer charcoal too.

I assume that the person that rents this has to live near there so that they can pick it up & sign what ever rental equipment agreement there is. It's $32.48 + tax I assume. Let me know what you decide to do & I'll cover the cost of the grill rental. I can give you the cash when I see you or I can paypal it to you.

Let me know how much charcoal you estimate that we will need so I can take some too. Match Light charcoal & a few bags of the cheep stuff to keep cost down.

I'm also taking (3) 25lb bags of fire wood @ $4.97 each. You think that's enough?

It wasn't as bad as it sounds. The cab didn't go in that deep for some reason, but watching the videos, it looked like the bed was going to be completely swamped a couple of times. Take a look...

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/florida/295606-richloam-wma-info-meet-thread-10.html#post7540072

My carpet was a little damp afterward, not even enough moisture for the wet/dry vac to suck out. Smelled a little like swamp water the next day, but I shampooed it with Simple Green and sprayed all it with Macguires Odor Eliminator and it's still smelling fresh as a daisy.

But yeah, that's the grill pictured on their website. As far as getting it, that's really up to what David wants to do. I don't live too close to there, probably about an hour and half away, but I would imagine that you could reserve it by phone with a credit card and we could pick it up some time Friday. I plan on being there early, as do Jason and Dirtymike, so I wouldn't mind going to pick it up as long as there's someone along to give a hand. Then we could probably take it back Saturday morning before everyone gets ready to head out.

Again, that's if this is what our chefs decide to do.

As far as firewood, according to Greg, we can't have too much. I plan on bringing a wheel barrow load of seasoned split oak, plus a friend might be able to hook me up with some additional. I'll just load the truck up to the bedrails until she's squatting on the bumps if I can. If not, i'll just bring what I can and when it runs out, I'll slide over to someone else's fire. :D

I would imagine the steak dinner would be for Saturday night as it was last time. I could be wrong, but that's what I think it would be.

That would be a problem with the grill rental then. The place is closed on Sunday and they close at 4pm on Saturday. So I guess it's either work around that or come up with another option. :(

I don't think it's really as big of a deal as everyone seems to be making it. David said he would handle it and figure it out. He's good like that, I'm sure everything will be just fine.
