Yea, I do Mon, Wed, Fri. Sometimes I'll go do some circuit/interval stuff on a Sat or Sun.

Yea, maybe on the Saturday if you're not working out, try to keep it somewhat clean. That Friday after your workout though, I'd go crazy. That's when I'd get the yummy stuff in.

So, this morning I had to work at the gym and I was eating a piece of my leftover pepperoni pizza from my dirty carb load for breakfast and this fat dude who was making his bi-annual visit to the gym walked by and said, "you know that's not good for you right?" I wanted so badly to say, "Well please, good sir, share some of your infinite diet wisdom with me so I can look as chiseled as you." Since I like my job, I took the high road and said, "yeah, but it sure is good..." Dick

Yeah, I was a fat ass last night. Post workout shake was 2 scoops of ON vanilla ice cream, 3 tbsp. honey, and a packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal. Later on, I ate a half of a large pepperoni pizza, and had one more shake like my post-workout one. After my body absorbed all those carbs, my ass was out haha.

    or
    b) oh really? are you a dietician? (followed by smirk, direct eye contact while you slowly go into flex/selfie pose position)

I'm sure y'all have heard about the problems with OxyElite Pro and how it's been linked to liver failure or hepatitis. I've read the reviews and that is all it says. Does anyone know if it has been linked to these problems due to misuse of the product? I like to take it right before spring time to help with a cut cycle and I would only take it once a day. If you don't recommend it anymore then what would you recommend? I'm trying animal cuts right now and have been on it for about 2 weeks now and the only thing I have noticed is that I get headaches when I take it first thing in the morning (like the suggested use says) and I piss a lot due to the diuretic. Sometimes if I don't eat within 10 minutes of taking the animal cuts I'll want to throw it all up. Just thought I'd ask some of you guru's before I start dropping mad money on products before finding one that works well.

What is that, some kind of thermogenic? Those things are terrible. Just drink green tea, eat at a caloric deficit with low carbs, do some cardio, lift hard, and you'll lose fat.

The only supplement you NEED is a protein supplement.

Take all that mad money and spend it on clean foods, my man!

stay away from oxyelite pro, the old and the new version, when i took it my liver stats were terrible, doc thought i had liver disease, went off oxy elite 1 month later liver were healthy again.

Altho i don't recommend fat burners they do help with appetite, water retention and thermogenic, try hydroxycut hardcore elite by muscle tech. one of the best one i took, amazing energy and thermogenic. not too much appetite suppressing and diuretics so it's pretty easy to live with.

PS you can send a email to most supp company and they send you samples for a week or so, that way you get to try it out before buying, that's how i tried out most stuff.

Right on, thanks for the tips! I already eat pretty clean (except for cheat day), lift 5 days a week, but hate cardio and don't do as much as I should, lol.
