Shit! When I slid into that tree a while back I damaged mine and they will probably remove it if I ever get that bedside fixed. Do you still have the file that you drew up for me so that I can take it to a different vinyl printer business?

See if you can buy a file and have it emailed to you so that you can possibly take it elsewhere.

Hey... Just jumping in the colorodo thread for a min.... Wanted to ask a favor.

Well I took the week on leave and drove out to Cenntenial to visit my sister for chirstmas.. And well made the drive last night got here about midnight. Well came out to the truck this morning and a pretty good puddle and fluid covering everything. Smells like hydro fluid, and milky black. My oil's still golden color.. So I'm pretty sure it's not that. It's all in the left fender well down the mud flap and more towards that side. Think it's power steering fluid? Well my sister doesn't have any sockets of course... And I didn't prepare enough to bring my small tool kit with me. Now you don't "need" power steering.. Was wondering if there's someone in the area that could swing by maybe Monday or later in the week and take alook at it with me, maybe bring a metric socket set so I can get the skid plate off.. I'm going to be here till Saturday then drive back to Oklahoma city

I still have all the artwork. Worked on it at home and the shop and saved stuff to the "cloud". It's not that terribly hard to generate anyway.

Is your power steering low? Are you sure that's what it is? Sounds like a axle seal to me just my .02$

Bumper installed yesterday!! Firestick installed for future CB install. Clearance went from 16 inches to 26 inches of rear clearance

Sound like that's what it is. Tomorrow I'll take a look. I should be fine to go back to Oklahoma if I just keep it full of oil.

A small handful of select mods.
what you are describing as far as fluid sounds like a CV Boot tore open on the drive out. You need to see how much grease is left in the boot. If you prefer to repair when you get home and there is a decent amount of grease left in it you might just be able to duct tape the boot until then.
Don't forget Slapps insight and knowledge. Honing out the holes a bit more was perfect. It allowed the bolts to seat correctly on the frame and then the air racket sucked in the gap up in between the pieces of steel just fine.

And in the process I was "forced" :D to buy a tap and dye set. With exception of the missing part which caused a second trip back to the store for a different set, it worked perfect and now I can fix threads. :)

I'm with s10nick & Kodiak on this one. I'll bet ya $5 it's an axle. If you look underneath, I'll bet you find a shredded axle boot & grease everywhere. It happened to me twice in my '03.. :/

    Bumper looks great!

Are you sure it doesn't somehow violate the Highlands Ranch homo associations rules and regs?
