    I know you said you are moving, but they make kits (plastic sheet) to put over windows to help insulate the windows.. don't know if they really work, but if I had elec bills like that, I'd come up with something...

    thats where i wouldnt have liked mine my first year, when i was living in the same room... but i had early classes so i would go to sleep b4 my roommate and he would turn the ac off so i would wake up sweaty every morniing

    You get used to it... it's really not so bad and it's GREAT sleeping weather... snuggle under the blankets :thumbsup:
