My gym is 30 min from my house next to my work. So when im off on the weekends I dont drive down the hill normally. But normally run the lake near my house with my dog on the weekends. 3.5 miles. Does that count lol

 

And seems like this shit was already in full force this morning. Was like 10 new dudes on the free weights with no fuckin clue what they were doing

 

you mean im not supposed to do one legged squats on the decline??
