I called IRA TOYOTA in Danvers, MA where I bought my 2011 AC reg 4x4 four weeks ago, and they said they knew nothing about the "rear suspension harsh ride" sympton.
Now in all fairness this dealer has been great in all other aspects with the purchase of this vehicle, including getting new keys and remotes for me (free).
I called Toyota Customer Care, they could not have been any nicer. The guy on the phone, was very nice, understood my concern, did not rush me. He gave me a reference number and told me to TELL them that I spoke to corporate.
So my next step is get the truck inspected at the dealer.
    I'll keep everyone posted.

Is this the one in Hanover, MA?
How did you go about it? Some have mentioned here that when you first try to get TSB work done, don't mention the TSB.

I guess TSB work is customer complaint driven, meaning complaining about a symptom.
It's not a recall, recalls are safety oriented.

My next step was to talk to the Service Manager. He was aware of my concern and ordered the parts without even seeing the truck. I brought it in a few days later and they performed the upgrade.

For all of you who say that the TSB spring aren not much better, I don't haul much so I hope I will be OK. After spending good money on the truck I should not have to pay for upgrading the rear suspension.
