Start back on the "wolverine" workout today. Gained 20 lbs on my bench last time I did it. I don't expect that big of a jump this time, but I do think it's a good workout to gain a little strength. Day one...
    ysy5ydaj_1002811552d1279b3523bf20ede872a5956e0a89.jpg

Gonna work off a bench max of 285 instead of 275. So today will be 4 sets of 5 reps at 175, 185, 215, 215. Can't get stronger if you don't lift heavy weight, right?

Hmmmm similar to what I do, warmup of 135 10-12, then 3 sets of 8 of 225, then final set of 135 super wide till death

I take like a half cup of peanut butter and dump protein into it was a little half and half or cream and make it into thick pudding.

Well, I manned up and did back and bi's...now, I don't feel like a lazy piece of shit anymore

I used to take ON casein, but I ran out, so now I just do cottage cheese with a sliced up apple in it.

How long do ya'll's workouts usually last? My longest days are chest/tri and back/bi and they run no more than an hour. There are 2 dudes here who have seriously been here for around 3 hours. What the hell do you do for 3 hours? They come at least 4 times a week, too.

Im at the gym for a little over an hour and a half every day but that includes shower/sauna time and stretching. I would say lifting time is right at an hour maybe a little more on days I end with cardio

Haha most people hate it, but I love it...I'm glad too b/c Casein is expensive!

That sounds about normal. I'm one of the [un]fortunate ones who doesn't have to do cardio #ectoprobs

I just don't see what they could be doing for 3+ hrs

Day 1 is more of a shoulder day. And now, I can't lift my arms. The circuit at the end is killer.

I usually take it before bed. But, I don't put PB in it. I've been tryin to gain weight, so I haven't really cared what I put in it, so I've been putting ice cream in there with it :) Throw it in a blender for 30-45 seconds and it's not really all that thick. When I was just using my shaker, without the ice cream, with milk, it was so thick I almost had to use a spoon to drink it.

I can't lift my arms today. Luckily, it's a short work day. Then I get to go have Christmas dinner and get fat.
