My garage will be open for mods and closed for heat! hah

 

I've had my LR UCAs for over 4 years, no issues here.

 

I'd never use them on my truck

but those are both the old style and most likely torqued with the truck not on the ground , I mean if you think about it , that shouldn't be able to happen if the UCA can freely cycle up and down

 

what does this new design look like?

agreed that shouldn't happen, but same breakage at the same weak point on two different arms ..

again , if the UCA can cycle up and down why would it break there

I would say they were torqued with the truck off the ground which is incorrect with the older style

 

I don't like that there is no gusset support at the bushing.. on either side.

 

I'm going with the DSM's...
If it's good enough for the big nig it's good enough for me.

 

Uniballs ?

 

Yes. They come stainless steel too.

 

DSM's are a bit less expensive and I like the boxed design.

 

How much are the stainless ones ?

I thought DSM had their own UCA?
