Revtek vs Tuff Country

i am going to put a 3" lift on my 07 tacoma. i am torn between the cheaper tuff country lift and the more expensive revtek lift with diff. spacers and a few other goodies. can anyone help me decide which is better?

 

Toytec is another option for around $240. They use billet aluminum for the spacers so they won't crack like the Revtek ones might. IIRC, the Revtek ones are some sort of plastic/polymer.

Don't know anything about the Tuff Country one. HTH!

does anybody recommend the 3" coil plate extension by toytec as opposed to the replacement 885 3" coils from toytec? (pro basic kit vs lift coil kit?)
i just need to make sure i get a solid lift that won't destroy my ride and handling

 

my revteks are not plastic or polymer, although they are powder coated

Yeah... i talked to a guy at toytec.... they and revtek are billet aluminum. i think i am going to go with the toytec 3" spacers and the add-a-leafs and the diff drop kit. thanks for the help i'll post pics when i get a chance.... it already looks sick with 285/50/20's which nobody said would fit..... but they do!

Good choice on going with Toytec. Did you get the Coils as well?

 

no coils, just the front spacers and rear add-a-leafs, diff drop kit, axle shims.
the toytec rep talked me out of new coils.... said they would be too stiff, and with only a 3" lift, the aluminum spacers wouldn't be an issue.
