    riot act: read. to the point the service manager just called me saying that if i pick it up now, it will no longer be covered under warranty. at least he made a concerted effort to appease the angry mike by swapping me out of the corolla to a 2014 tundra crewmax 4wd.

    i guess 11 years of marine corps angst and anger gets things done. i'll post what they are saying happened when i get back.
