    I wouldn't be too hard on yourself about the welds. The real culprit was the lack of nuts and washers on those front bolts. Even that light bump I gave you was probably over 6000lbs of force on the tow straps itself, then without the front support and the leverage created, I'll bet your welds saw 12,000 to 18,000 lbs of force. I'm betting if those welds had held it would have bent the sliders!

    The real question is, DID Nicole have fun?!:D
