    Not really :D
    At work we get critical things within .0005! We make a lot of bearings and bushings. Some things we do get a metal to metal press fit. Even when we cut threads, we only have +/- .001 sometimes, but we a more critical of ourselves than QA is.

    Don't forget moly grease on the bolts guys. I had one of the long bolts seize up on me and I had to throw it away :eek:
    I didn't want to pre apply moly grease in case you guys wanted to paint them.

    I still need a lot though. Most of the stuff that came in the tooling package is kinda junk. I am not used to using cheap endmills, they hate even a light climb cut. and I'm not sure how much I trust the edge finder. The parallels and collet set seem okay.
    I might change the 16 tpi feed screws. The .0625" per revolution is throwing me off...
    They sell a 20 tpi conversion kit that is pretty cheap. Also want their power feed for the x axis.

    I'm gonna bring home some stainless or aluminum sheet metal to line the wall with, and hopefully that will keep most of the chips on the bench. I also need to make a better top for it. I want to laminate 2 sheets of 3/4" MDF and put a formica top on it. Also take the wheels off my roll away. Should make it a lot more stable. I just wanted to get it up and running :D

I am a little behind because of the holidays, and also I have been a little slow to get all the tooling needed to complete these at the home shop.
