    Made some time to hit the gym earlier. Then I was like crap, it's leg day in Christmas. Should be illegal. But I did it anyway. Back squats, front squats, single leg press, calf raises, and some ab work. Now, headin back to the woods to wait on a deer to walk by.

    Smith machine shoulder press, stops put in a place where you have a good range of motion...put weight on, push up and let down slowly to stops, release hands, repeat.

    Like hand release push ups

    I got new workout shoes, asics. Will post pics when I use them next week. Pretty jazzed to see how they feel. Supposed to induce better walking form/feel more like walking without shoes.

    Like to see him do the upper chest workout I pull out on the smith rack. I do 225 on incline bench 3@ 8reps. I do 155 3 sets, max reps dropping 20 lbs at each max to 115 till dead. If I had a spotter I could pull that off on the regular bench.
